1 02-03-2022, 09:49 PM. Citroen C4 Cactus, 1,6 bluehdi, 2016 , EDC17C60. It has a problem with adblue ecu/communication. I need a solution to disconnect the adblue. Already tried some solution but countdown still active and urea light on. I can pay for solution but I like to test it first. Thank you.

Gender:Male. Posted March 3, 2022. I think you might need to go to a Citroen dealer for a diagnostic check of the adblue system. I have read that particularly on the Cactus, they are prone to the pump system failing and it can cost quite a lot to fix. Have a look at this topic.

Citroen initially offered to pay 25% of the £1377.59 cost for a new Ad-Blue tank. After emailing the CEO of Citroen that has now been increased to 67%. I’m not sure where they pluck their numbers from.
