Yes you can have multiple save files. In the main menu, the “continue” selection will pick up on the last used save file. The selection below that which says something like “load Journey” allows you to choose from up to 5 different saves. No problem!

I then downloaded the steam version and put the save file from the EA version in and as soon as I loaded the file, I got all the achievements I had previously earned on EA on Steam. vjhunk619.
