Find the location of the MAF sensor in your Polo, unplug the electrical connectors, and remove the sensor from the housing. Spray at least 10 spurts of MAF cleaner onto the sensor and then let it air dry for an hour or until completely dry. Do not use cloth or cotton swabs to clean the sensor, as it can damage it.

The thread on the SEAT-SPORT forum has some guys saying you will kill turbo if you do it but in my mind you have more chance of damaging the turbo by not doing it at high mileage. I had decat from 30000km I think on my IC acNON3s.
